Our BrighterPPA programs allow you to go solar without any upfront capital investment and start saving money immediately. It is very similar to our BrighterLease program. With the BrighterPPA, Brightergy owns the solar system and sells the electricity it generates, for a predetermined price, directly to the customer.  Brightergy will own the system and take advantage of tax credits, depreciation, and local incentives to lower the cost of energy for the client.

Your savings will increase over time as utility rates continue to rise. BrighterPPA essentially allows you to lock in your electric rate for the term of your PPA.

BrighterLease

Our BrighterLease program typically makes the most sense for our non-profit and government clients that cannot take advantage of the US Treasury grant or realize economic benefits from depreciation.

With the BrighterLease, Brightergy owns the solar system and leases it directly to the client for a fixed and predetermined monthly price. Since most non-profits and government agencies do not qualify for tax credits or treasury grants it makes sense to leverage an entity that can. Brightergy will take advantage of tax credits, depreciation, and local incentives to lower the cost of energy for the client.

Your savings will increase over time as utility rates continue to rise. BrighterLease essentially allows you to lock in your electric rate for the term of your lease. Each system will have a performance guarantee to ensure you are getting the amount of electricity you were expecting.

BrighterFinance

Our BrighterFinance program allows customers to realize all the benefits of owning a solar system without the high upfront costs. It usually makes the most sense for building owners that have an appetite for depreciation. Our BrighterFinance program is unique because it allows for customer ownership of the solar system from day one even though the majority is being financed over time.

With BrighterFinance, the client owns the solar system and pays monthly or annual payments directly to Brightergy for a fixed period of time.
