On October 28, Congressman Cleaver, along with other government officials, announced the largest single solar array in the KC Metro, to be installed by Brightergy at Paseo Academy of Performing Arts. Students at the school will be able to monitor the energy production of the solar panel array on their school when the project is complete through a kiosk to be installed by KCP&L.
