As the owner, Brightergy takes advantage of the solar tax credit, depreciation, and local utility solar-energy rebates in order to lower the cost of energy to you. You simply pay a low monthly lease payment for the solar-energy system that will be less than the cost you would have paid the utility company for the same amount of generated electricity. Fixing your payment over the lease term provides certainty. There is no upfront investment required and you save money from day one.

MAINTENANCE-FREE

Brightergy owns the solar-power system and will handle all maintenance needs at no additional cost to you.

ONLINE MONITORING

You will receive access to an online monitoring system that provides real-time data on the solar system’s energy production.
